Project: Planning of a public residential building in an area called “Ex Slaughter house” in Rimini.
Period: 2009 - 2015

This recovery plan of public enterprise aimed to give a new functional and spatial identity to the place known as “Ex slaughter house”. In this area there are foreseen several works of residential and urban type with integrated projects to environmental and installation potentialities of the area. There is going to be the realization of a residential complex with 27 lodgings ERP of new and high standards.
