Redevelopment and development of areas and buildings of the former tobacco factory in Viale Fulvio Testi, which occurred thanks to an agreement between Regione Lombardia, Province of Milan, Milan City Council, State Property Agency, Fintecna SpA and Fondazione Experimental Film Centre
The purpose of this agreement is to achieve the redevelopment of the building through the conversion of the fund into a cine-pole audio-visual.
