Design and management of the property works (building 24) located in San Patrignano. Renovation of two floors for the accommodation of people of the community and improvement of energy efficiency.

Design and site supervision for architectural, structural, electrical systems, mechanical and fire.

New internal layout: improved distribution of the rooms of the host communities to improve their living conditions and the toilets. 

Energy efficiency: insulation of the roof of the facades, the processing of glass with selective films and plant high efficiency through heating systems with heat recovery. Ceiling radiant system, connected to the network of "telecaldo" and "telefreddo" of the San Patrignano community. There is also a photovoltaic system of 40kw.

Fire adjustment: aspirating fire detection system.
